1) Definitions

  • “TravelEast”, “we”, “us”, “our” – the TravelEast website and team operating at traveleast.co.

  • “You”, “Customer”, “User” – any visitor or person using our site.

  • “Platform” – the TravelEast website, pages, and tools.

  • “Third-Party Providers” – airlines, hotels, OTAs, car rental firms, airport transfer companies, activity operators, payment processors, and any other external services linked or embedded on our site.

  • “Third-Party Services/Reservations” – services provided and contracted directly between you and a Third-Party Provider (e.g., flights, hotels, tours).

  • “Booking” – any reservation you make directly with a Third-Party Provider after clicking through from our Platform or using an embedded widget.

TravelEast is not a carrier, airline, hotel, tour operator, or travel agency. We provide travel information and connect you to Third-Party Providers. Your contract is with the relevant provider.

2) Scope & Acceptance

By using our Platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

3) Our Role

3.1 Information & Comparison. We publish guides, tools, links and widgets to help you discover, compare, and book with trusted providers.
3.2 No Agency. We do not sell, issue, or manage tickets; we do not create contracts of carriage or accommodation.
3.3 No Advice Warranty. Content is for general information only and may change without notice.

4) Bookings with Third-Party Providers

4.1 Direct Contract. When you book, you enter a contract directly with the Third-Party Provider under their terms, policies, and laws applicable to the service.
4.2 Pricing & Availability. Prices and availability are set by providers and can change at any time. We do not guarantee any price shown on our Platform.
4.3 Payments. All charges, taxes, fees, refunds, and chargebacks are handled by the provider or their payment processor.
4.4 Changes, Cancellations, Refunds. Requests must be made to the provider per their policy (fare rules, hotel rate rules, no-show terms, etc.). We cannot override a provider’s decision.
4.5 Account & Communications. Providers may require your email/phone. They will send confirmations and updates directly to you. Keep your details accurate.

5) Widgets & Links

5.1 We may embed search/booking widgets or link out to provider websites. Use of those tools is governed by the provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
5.2 We are not responsible for the content, performance, or security practices of external sites.

6) Fees & Compensation

6.1 User fees. Using TravelEast is free for visitors. If we ever offer a paid service, we will disclose the price before you opt-in.
6.2 Compensation disclosure. TravelEast may receive compensation from some Third-Party Providers when you click or book. This does not increase your price and does not change our commitment to clear, useful information.

7) Travel Requirements & Responsibility

7.1 Visas, Documents, Health. You are solely responsible for visas, passports (with sufficient validity), vaccination/health requirements, transit rules, and entry regulations.
7.2 Baggage & Check-in. Follow the carrier/hotel/operator rules for baggage, check-in times, ID, special assistance, and policies.
7.3 Insurance. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance (medical, cancellation, personal effects).

8) Disruptions & Force Majeure

8.1 Operational Control. Delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbooking, strikes, weather, and similar events are controlled by providers. Remedies (rebooking, vouchers, refunds) are governed by their policies and any applicable law.
8.2 No Liability for Third-Party Performance. TravelEast is not liable for acts/omissions of Third-Party Providers.

9) Customer Support

You can contact us for general guidance at traveleast@gmail.com or +1-718-814-8818. We’ll try to point you to the right provider channel, but we cannot modify or access reservations made with providers unless the provider expressly enables that.

10) Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (text, images we own, brand assets) is owned by TravelEast or licensed to us. You may not copy, resell, or use it commercially without permission. Third-party logos and marks belong to their respective owners.

11) Permitted Use

Use the Platform lawfully and for personal, non-commercial travel planning. Do not scrape, mirror, overload, reverse-engineer, or misuse the site.

12) Privacy

We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy (how we use contact forms, analytics, cookies, and any info you submit). Providers you book with will process your data under their policies.

13) Disclaimers & Liability Limits

13.1 “As-is” Information. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness, availability, or error-free content.
13.2 Third-Party Services. We are not a party to your booking contract and are not liable for service quality, safety, suitability, or legal compliance of providers.
13.3 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TravelEast will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability related to your use of the Platform will not exceed USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limits; your statutory rights remain unaffected.

14) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA (without regard to conflict-of-law rules). Courts located in New York, New York shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

15) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” will indicate the latest version. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
